Each mini-retreat has a NEW theme & NEW yoga session, so each one is different 🙂
The cost is $10 and you can pre-register online or register at the door.

- Sessions will include journaling activities, so a notebook is recommended!

Hey! I’m Audrey! I’m a wife, Jesus-follower, boardgame-lover, cat-mom, born & raised yooper! I’m all about encouraging & empowering Christian ladies through faith-filled yoga, God’s Word, & coaching.
I’m excited to serve you, answer your questions, & give you a unique taste of wellness grounded in Christ 🙂
A little snapshot of my education: I spent 2 years studying Scripture to earn my certification in General Bible Knowledge from FLBC. I later got my Bachelor’s in Business from Liberty University, & I got my YTT-200 yoga certification from Yahweh Yoga.
Your Asked Frequently Asked Questions
What should I bring? I would recommend bringing a notebook and pen, your Bible, a yoga mat (no worries if you don’t have one), and anything else you might want. Snacks & water will be available between sessions 🙂
What if I’ve never tried yoga before? That’s perfectly ok! I can’t promise that faith-filled yoga will be an activity you’ll love, but I can promise to share with you a chance to experience it first-hand with modifications suited to your needs! What if I’m not flexible or thin? No worries! Yoga is for everybody and every body. The beautiful thing about yoga is that it helps you improve and grow no matter where you’re starting from. I always try to make my classes accessible & body-positive, giving you the variations, ideas, and freedom to do yoga in a way that works and feels good for you right where you are. Plus, I’m always here to answer your questions and help find variations that meet your unique needs.
What if I’m not a Christian? You are still welcome to attend and enjoy the sessions (yoga included!). Be forewarned, we will be talking about Jesus & the Bible, but if that’s alright with you I would love for you to come & take away what is helpful for you!
