I’m Audrey Grove, a cat mom, and wife in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

I truly feel that my mission is to encourage & empower Jesus-loving women to step into their Kingdom Calling. Through movement, Scripture, & coaching I help women to live their purpose in FULLNESS & WELLNESS.

My training includes: a Bachelor’s in Business, a Certification in General Bible Knowledge, a YTT-200 Certification in Yoga and God has uniquely equipped me through the experiences of my life, as well!

Frequently Asked questions:

What kind of yoga is included in the Membership?
The Unlimited Yoga Membership includes the online class library and live classes that are offered via Zoom (usually twice weekly). This is truly a steal of a deal! The classes are usually 30 minutes and typically slow flow, restorative, or chair yoga. There are classes for all levels and body types 🙂 And, of course, all focused on Christ with Scripture!

How much time is required?
45-minutes per week for our 1:1 training session & any additional time for you to work on homework, use the class library, or attend extra classes
(of course, there is flexibility as needed!)

What if I’ve never tried yoga before?
That’s perfectly ok! I’ll be here to guide you, answer all your questions, & help you find your perfect fit for each pose. If you aren’t quite sure what Christian yoga is you can find more information here.

What if I’m not flexible or thin?
No worries! Yoga is for everybody and every body. Yoga helps you improve and grow no matter where you’re starting from. I always try to make my classes accessible & body-positive, giving you the variations and freedom you need to do yoga in a way that works for you right now.

What if I’m embarrassed or camera shy?
I completely understand! I have had plenty of clients in the past choose to turn off their camera during classes. You are more than welcome to have your camera on or off. Although I’ll be honest, I won’t be able to give as clear or tailored instruction without being able to see you.
