HOW LONG DO YOU HAVE?

A mix of standing and seated poses. This will include a warm-up, slow-paced flow, and cool-down. Expect unique sequences, deep stretches, and possibly a slow flow that might make you sweat (don’t worry, it won’t be too intense!)

Seated poses only. Expect a restful sequence with a mindful focus, deep stretches, and a chance to release tension. Perfect for relaxation, recovery, & deep stretching.
